Building A Fixed-Height Standing Desk
Integrating The Treadmill
Making The Table Height Adjustable
Instead, I bought some cheap jack stands on Amazon and some 2" PVC pipe to make adjustable height feet for my table with an 11" adjustable height range. I cut the 2" pipe into 6" sleeves and carved out a slight groove in the bottom using a drill. Each sleeve slides over the top of the jack stand, and the groove pops into place right along the adjustment bar. With 4 of these, all I had to do was slide in the desk legs on top and adjust to the desired height.

Finished Product & Final Thoughts
My only footnote is that standing or walking all day is a little exhausting, and you do need to take regular breaks. To take breaks, I got a cheap drafting chair at a Marshalls that I put on top of the treadmill from time to time if I want to take a seat. My only worry is accidentally turning on the treadmill while sitting!
